THOMAS A. STOOPS

Admitted in Arizona, 1976. Preparatory education: University of Arizona (B.A., 1973); legal education: University of Arizona (J.D. 1976). Thomas Stoops is the founder and Managing Member of the firm Stoops, Denious, Wilson & Murray, P.L.C. Mr. Stoops is a Certified Real Estate Specialist. Mr. Stoops is a former prosecutor with the Financial Fraud Division of the Arizona Attorney General's Office. Mr. Stoops is a co-founder of the Arizona Risk Reduction Institute. Mr. Stoops serves as defense counsel in a variety of insurance defense cases. Member: State Bar of Arizona, Real Property Section; and Maricopa County Bar Association. Mr. Stoops was a founding member and currently serves on the State Bar of Arizona Committee on Legal Specialization in Real Estate. Publications and Lectures: Mr. Stoops is a frequent lecturer on issues related to real estate title and escrow matters, project financing and loan disputes, real estate broker liability and real estate and financial frauds. Mr. Stoops frequently contributes articles to the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business.
